Kombucha is fermented tea. Tangy, fizzy, and a little mysterious if you've never had it before. It's made with a SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast), which sounds weird but is basically just the living culture that drives fermentation. Think of it as the engine under the hood.
Why people talk about it and gut health
It comes down to the live cultures, the bacteria that come along for the ride during fermentation. Your gut is already full of bacteria, both good and bad, and fermented foods are one of the ways people keep the good side well stocked.
We're not going to tell you kombucha is a miracle cure. It's not. But as part of a balanced diet, it's a pretty great thing to be drinking regularly. Live cultures, organic ingredients, real flavor. That's what we're going for with every batch.
How ours is different
We ferment in small batches out of Panama City Beach using quality teas and real botanicals. Each flavor is its own thing, not just a variation on the same base note. Fruit and herbs go into a second ferment instead of getting poured in at the end, so the flavor is part of the drink, not sitting on top of it.
We take the brewing seriously so you don't have to think too hard about it. Just crack a can and enjoy.
